The NAIT Ooks men's team fell just short a medal at the CCAA Curling Championships this past weekend, falling to the Fanshaw Falcons in the bronze medal game. The women finished in fifth, just outside of the semifinal matches due to a tie-breaking procedure. 

After falling to the Concordia Thunder 9-7 in extra ends, the Ooks would face the Fanshawe Falcons for bronze. NAIT didn't have enough left in the tank as they were out curled 12-5. 

The awards ceremony after the tournament was canceled due to COVID-19. John Ritchie, Nicholas Duivenvoord and Nicole Sawiak all earned second-team all-tournament honours.
